This website is a catalogue of our products. There is no online checkout — you add items to your cart and send the order to us on WhatsApp, where we confirm availability, final price and delivery before any payment is made. An order is only binding once we confirm it.

2. Products, pricing & availability

• Prices are shown in RM and may change without notice; the price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price that applies.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly across screens.
• Stock is limited; we’ll tell you if an item becomes unavailable.

3. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with us (e.g. bank transfer or e-wallet) once your order is confirmed. We do not collect card details on this website.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are confirmed on WhatsApp based on your location and the courier used. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the logo, product photos and videos — is the property of Pat54 Fashion House and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our images or videos without written permission. Images are watermarked and download is discouraged.

7. Acceptable use
